Summary Additional IG has sought an apology to SC during hearing of suo motu case regarding fake medicines.
Two-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S Khwaja conducted hearing of suo motu case regarding fake medicines.During hearing, Additional IG Punjab Aslam Tarin while seeking an apology from the Supreme Court said that all the detained young doctors have been released.The hearing of case was put off till April 20 due to absence of Justice Tasaddaq Hussain Jilani.
