LAHORE (Dunya News) - Indictment could not be framed in the gambling app promotion case against social media influencers Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and others, as proceedings were adjourned due to the unavailability of the presiding judge.

The case was scheduled for hearing at the Lahore District Courts in the court of Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watto.

NCCIA had registered a case against Ducky Bhai and three other accused for allegedly promoting gambling applications.

During the hearing, Ducky Bhai, Aroob Jatoi, and the other accused appeared before the court and marked their attendance.

However, court staff informed them that Judicial Magistrate Naeem Watto was unavailable due to training commitments, resulting in the hearing being postponed.

Court summons Ducky Bhai, others in gambling promotion case

The court adjourned further proceedings until February 9.It is worth noting that during the previous hearing, copies of the challan were distributed among all the accused, and the NCCIA has already submitted the challan to the court.
