Pakhtun artist Badar Munirs 3rd death anniversary

Renowned artist has performed in more than 400 Pashto movies and two Urdu ones.He has been playing trifle roles in movies for many years but the main cause of his reputation is his regional movies.When Waheed Murad’s movie Arman was hit in 1966, his driver Badar Munir during celebration of success expressed his desire to perform in a movie.After some time, Waheed Murad fulfilled the desire of his driver and provided him an opportunity to perform a trifle role in Jahan Ham Wahan Tum.Later, such time came when Badar Munir offered his master Waheed Murad to work in Pashtu movies in hard times. Waheed Murad accepted this offer without any hesitation.It is worth mentioning that Badar Munir’s last Pashtu movie was offered for exposure and passed away on 2008 when he was 67-year-old.
