Noor Jahan's daughter shares special painting on her mother's birthday

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Nazia Ejaz, the daughter of Pakistani legendary singer Noor Jahan and renowned painter, is currently working on a new series of work known as ‘Love Letters’ which is dedicated to the life and memory of her beloved mother.
Today (Sept. 23) is the birthday of Madam Noor Jahan and her family silently celebrated it by remembering her love and passion for her family and singing.
Nazia took to Instagram to share the paintaing from her new collection with a heartfelt note for Noor Jahan on her birthday. She expressed, “It’s my maa’s birthday today. With this image, I celebrate the person who came to this world on this day and made it a better place by just being here.”

Noor Jahan was the most successful female singer in the history of Pakistan’s showbiz industry. Madam was an established actress at the time of partition but she and her first husband, Shaukat Hussain Rizvi, migrated to Pakistan. Together they founded a film studio and gave the newfound film industry solid foundations. She stopped acting after some time but continued to sing till her last breath. Madam Noor Jahan was also famous for her glamorous and strong personality.
