Mahira should play mother role instead of heroine: Firdous Jamal
Firdous questioned Mahira's acting skills and bashed her for being overage
(Web Desk) – The ‘Superstar’ Mahira Khan has come under some serious flak and that to by the veteran actor Firdous Jamal who regards Mahira to be a mediocre model rather than a good actress plus he thinks she is overaged.
Firdous Jamal in a TV interview on a local media channel was quite brash and blunt when passing comments on Mahira who recently had no hit this year.
‘Sorry to say, she is not heroine stuff. She is a mediocre sort of a model, is not a good actress and not a heroine,’ Firdous Jamal added.
Not only did he question her acting skills but further went on and bashed Mahira for being overaged.
‘Mahira is overaged and in her age actresses usually don’t play roles of a heroine rather they do character roles of a mother,’ he added.
Firdous Jamal is a legend in his own domain and has delivered numerous hit dramas in the past such as Khuda Aur Muhabbat (2016), Nargis (1992) and Waris (1979).
