Bollywood stars Sunny Deol, Hema Malini leading in elections 2019
The counting of the votes is underway.
MUMBAI (Dunya News) – The actor-turned-politicians Sunny Deol and Hema Malini, who contested from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), are taking lead against Congress candidates in Lok Sabha elections 2019.
According to details, Sunny Deol contested the elections from Gurdaspur constituency against Congress chief Sunil Jakhar while Hema Malini is trailing behind RLD‘s Kunwar Narendra Singh in Mathura constituency.
Meanwhile, actress and BJP’s Kirron Kher is leading in the Chandigarh constituency against Congress candidate Pawan Kumar Bansal.
On the other hand, Congress member Shatrughan Sinha, Urmila Metondkar and Raj Babbar are facing defeat in their respective constituencies.
