The artist was shifted to St Mary's Hospital in London on May 7 after he was infected with pneumonia
LONDON (Dunya News) – Famous Pakistani artist Jamil Naqsh on Thursday passed away in United Kingdom (UK).
The artist was shifted to St Mary’s Hospital in London on May 7 after he suffered pneumonia.
Naqsh was popular for his calligraphy, pigeons and figurative paintings. He was also honored with of Pride of Performance Award in 1989 and Sitara-i-Imtiaz in 2009.
