Rajpal Yadav jailed for three-months for failing to pay loan
Yadav was accused for taking loan of Rs. 5 crore from a person ?for his film Ata Pata Laapata.
(Dunya News) – Famous Bollywood comedian Rajpal Yadav has been sent to jail for three-months for failing to pay loan of Rs 5 crore and cheque bounce case.
It is to mention here that Rajpal Yadav was also sentenced for the same case by Delhi High Court this year in the month of April with 6 months imprisonment and fine of Rs. 11 crore however, he succeeded in acquiring bail from the court.
The High Court has now sent him to jail for 3 months in terms of cheque bounce case and for not paying back the loan.
According to the Indian Newspaper, Yadav’s wife was also nominated in the same case but the court hasn’t issued any verdict for her.
It is to clarify here that comedian Rajpal Yadav was accused for taking loan of Rs. 5 crore from a person for his film “Ata Pata Laapata” in the year 2010.
