MUMBAI (Daily Dunya) – Bollywood’s royal Bachchan family is not going to celebrate the festival of Diwali this year due to the demise of actress Aishwariya Rai’s father Krishna Raj Rai, who died in March.
Pinkvilla report stated, "Hence, the Bachchans will not be celebrating Diwali this year and will instead stay back at home for a quiet affair with family."
It is to be mentioned here that Aishwarya, Abhishek, Shweta, Navya, Aaradhya and Jaya Bachchan were in the Maldives to celebrate Amitabh Bachchan’s 75th birthday.
However, Big B took to the social media account and wished his followers a Happy Diwali along with posting pictures of the family.
