Summary She expressed pleasure over working in the local films.

KARACHI (Daily Dunya) – Actress and model Ainy Jaffri has said that working in local films feels better than the experience of international films.

“Balu Mahi was my first film in which I played the lead role. My performance was liked by the audience which gave me immense confidence. I also learnt much from the senior artists. The director Haissam Hussain made me perform beyond my abilities,” she said while talking to Daily Dunya.

“Viewers have now more choices as TV artists have begun to appear in movies. But the actors are now doing less dramas and more films,” pronounced Ainy.

The actress affirmed that working in TV dramas, films and fashion units have played an important role in nourishing her artistic skills.

“Quality productions are a fine source for the artists to develop an identity among the public,” she said.
