KARACHI (Dunya News) – Actor and singer Nadeem Jafri was robbed by unknown armed men in Karachi’s Gulshan-i-Iqbal area on Thursday.
According to details, he was outside his residence when two men on motorcycle looted him of his mobile phone and money on gunpoint. They also fired at his car.
A case has been registered against the incident in Gulshan-i-Iqbal police station.
The actor has said that he had not received any threats regarding the attack.
Earlier, Fakhr-e-Alam, the former chairman of the Sindh Board of Film Censors tweeted that Nadeem was robbed and received assault wounds.
Nadeem Jafri recieved assault wounds & was robbed outside his home in Gulshan Iqbal Karachi. The entire family is shaken up.

However; the police while denying the claim said that the actor was only robbed and did not receive any wounds.
Police has also assured that the culprits will be nabbed soon.
