Wagah border: Zeenat Aman, Rekha arrive in Lahore

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Renowned yesteryear Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman and illustrious Indian playback singer Rekha Bhardwaj Saturday arrived in Lahore via the Wagah border route. An Indian delegation of 23 people including designers and singers has reached Pakistan to participate in the 23rd of March events.

The Indian artists appeared to be delighted upon arrival in Pakistan. Bollywood’s legendary actress Aman couldn’t contain herself with the excitement and kept musing about Lahore’s beauty and the hospitality of its people.

Speaking on this occasion, both Aman and Bhardwaj said that the India Vs Pakistan match has always been a source of interest and excitement. The Indian artists said that Pakistan and India had one culture. Expressing their joy, they said that they were extremely elated on coming to Pakistan for the first time.

The artists from across the border will be performing in a 3 day event organized in honour of Pakistan.
