The low-key wedding ceremony took place in Los Angeles in the presence of a few friends and relatives.
The couple met 18 years back and was seen together various times in numerous IPL matches.
According to Indian media, the couple will arrange a reception in India in April which will be attended by significant celebrities.
Reports also suggest that the private wedding pictures of the couple will be put for auction and the proceedings will be donated to Preity Zinta Foundation.
Her friends in the industry took to twiiter to congratulate the newlywed pair.
