LAHORE (Dunya News) - Police in Lahore’s Green Town area have arrested an online taxi driver who tried to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old student.
According to police, the suspect was taking the student from school to his home when, during the journey, he engaged in inappropriate behavior inside the vehicle.
When the child raised an alarm, the driver dropped him outside his house and fled the scene.
Following the incident, Green Town police took immediate action and, using modern technology, traced and arrested the suspect.

Police said a case has been registered against the accused, and he has been handed over to the Gender Cell for further investigation and legal proceedings.
SP Sadar Rana Hussain Tahir praised the SHO and the police team for their timely action and announced commendation certificates for their performance.
