OKARA (Dunya News) – Two alleged robbers were killed in an alleged police encounter, whereas three others fled the scene during the late hours of Tuesday.
The incident occurred at Pul Garah within the jurisdiction of Hujra Shah Muqeem police station. The bandits reportedly opened heavy fire upon the arrival of police at the encounter scene.
Two suspects were killed by the firing of their accomplices, whereas three others fled the scene utilising the advantage of dark.
Heavy contingent of police arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. A search operation was initiated to track down the fleeing suspects.
Moreover, motorcycles, stolen goods, cash and illegal weapons were also recovered from the suspects.
