DSP severely injured in attack on checkpost

MARDAN (Dunya News) – A Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) was severely injured after a terrorist attack on a police checkpost in Katlang tehsil of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday midnight.
Some miscreants attacked the Ghando checkpost in Mardan district, leaving a police officer wounded.
The injured DSP was shifted to a hospital where his condition was said to be critical. Units of Rapid Response Force (RRF) and other emergency units of police instantly rushed towards the scene after the incident and gathered necessary forensic evidence.
