PML-N workers culpable of attacking PPP's Syed Mir Wasiq house in Khanewal
KHANEWAL (Dunya News) – The house of PPP candidate Syed Mir Wasiq for by-polls has been attacked in Khanewal. PPP’s Syed Mir Wasiq has lodged an FIR against sixty people including Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Attaullah Tarar, Chaudhary Waheed and Abdul Ghaffar Dogar who he believes can be involved in attacking his house.
FIR officials told that the accused forcefully broke the door and barged into the house of PPP candidate Syed Mir Wasiq. The culprits also tortured the women of the house and made them hostage.
According to police sources, a case against the accused has been registered under section 506, 452/ b, 354,148 and149 of the Pakistan Penal code (PPC).
