KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh government has decided to amend the police law, after which police will not be able to arrest the accused in every case. The amendment is likely to be approved in the Sindh cabinet meeting.
According to details, Sindh government has prepared a summery to amend the police rules, which will be presented in the Sindh cabinet meeting tomorrow for approval.
According to the new rules, Sindh police will be barred from arresting accused in minor offences. Arrest of the accused will be made after the investigation into the case. New Police rules will be implemented after the provincial cabinet approval.
