Man commits suicide after killing wife, children in Gujrat
Police say that that reason behind the gruesome act was a 'domestic dispute'.
GUJRAT (Dunya News) – A man committed suicide in Gujrat after killing his wife and children on Thursday.
Details suggest that the 40-year-old man murdered his 37-year-old wife Nazia Bibi, 15-year-old daughter Amna, 12-year-old Zarqa and five-year-old son Samiullah after attacking them with stick and knife.
He later locked the room and set himself on fire.
Two other children, aged between seven to ten years, saved themselves while escaping from the house.
Police say that that reason behind the gruesome act was a ‘domestic dispute’ however; further investigation is underway.
No case has yet been registered whereas the bodies were shifted to hospital for postpartum.
