Summary Search for the escaped culprits is underway.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Atleast one robber was killed and one sustained injuries in firing between robbers and citizens in Sandha area of Lahore today (Monday).
According to police, the incident occurred when four robbers tried to enter a house for dacoity bid. A man named Mansoor opened fire on the robbers as a result of which one robber died on the spot whereas the other was severely wounded.
However, two of the robbers fled from the scene while shooting and injured Mansoor.
Heavy contingent of police reached the scene on getting information of the incident and took the dead body of the robber Jibran in their possession.
Moreover, the injured robber was shifted to hospital whereas search for escaped culprits is underway.
