Summary 25-years-old girl of Gujjarpura was allegedly kidnapped and raped.
LAHORE (Online) - Lahore High Court has directed District and Sessions Judge to send fresh report regarding within three days regarding gang-rape of a young girl.
According to details, Munir Ahmad resident of Gujjarpura area told police that his 25-years-old daughter went to market for shopping when Khurrarm and his accomplices kidnapped her.
They took the victim to an unknown place and allegedly gang-raped her.
After cognizance of LHC complaint cell on administrative side D&SJ has submitted that a criminal case stood registered with Gujjarpura police against Khurram Butt and three unknown persons.
Accused Khurram was arrested and remanded to judicial lock up.
Samples of victim and the accused had been sent to Punjab Forensic Science Agency for DNA test and the report is still awaited.
However, police report against the said accused has been submitted in the Prosecution Branch for onward dispatch to the trial court.
Complaint Cell has directed concerned D&SJ to immediately comply with the orders regarding submission of police report within three days in order to meet the ends of justice.
