(Web Desk) – Cricketer Wahab Riaz on Thursday reacted to the criticism he received after he posted a video on Twitter showing him splashing on commuters as he overtook them in his vehicle after heavy rains inundated Lahore.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote, “it was purely unintentional and was misperceived”.

In the viral video, Wahab could be seen driving his car while splashing water on a motorcycle and a car without taking a notice of the surroundings.

Netizens took the internet to storm and criticised him for his act, either wittingly or questioning what he was intended to do.
In another video, he could be seen roaming the inundated road while wearing knee-high shoes which was also brought in question by the social media users.
