Summary Shehryar Khan said that Pakistan played in India even when the Hindu extremists had dug up the pitch

LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shehryar Khan has on Tuesday said that India should be able to tell the difference between cricket and politics. He said that Pakistan had played in India even when the Hindu extremists had dug up the pitch, reported Dunya News.

Although there are no chances of a Pakistan-India series this year yet the Chairman PCB is hopeful that this series will take place. He said that Pakistan team received threats from the Hindu extremists but they still played in the neighboring country. He urged India to take a positive step.

However, Shehryar Khan seemed worried about the fitness issues of the players. He said that the fitness level of Pakistan’s domestic and international players lagged behind the international level. He said that now the unfit players will be fined.

Shehryar Khan denied the rumors that he was going to resign but confirmed that big changes will be seen in the PCB within next few months.
