Lahore: Pakistan Auto Show 2018 held at Expo

(Dunya News) – The Pakistan Auto Show displaying a variety of cars and vehicles was held at the Expo Centre in Lahore.

The highlights of the four-day auto show were the new car models, and a wide variety of motorbikes in the 250cc to 500cc range.

To cater to the needs of Pakistan, new auto rickshaw garbage pickers were introduced, which will be able to easily drive through congested streets to pick garbage.

Various types of auto spare parts and tractors for agricultural purposes were also on display.

Speaking to Dunya News, visitors admired the latest variety of cars on the show. The staff present on stalls said that with a rapid innovation in car industry this type of show helps people select the right type of automobile.

Over Rs 100 billion of this auto industry is directly set out to employ 200,000 people and is also partaking in increasing the GDP of Pakistan by 4%, but there is much that needs to be done for this emerging industry.
