Pakistan's foreign exchange reserves cross $15 bn

Summary $10 billion is in the State Bank of Pakistan, while the rest is in other commercial banks.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar today (Monday) reported that the foreign exchange reserves of the country have crossed 15 billion dollars, the Radio Pakistan reported.

The Finance Minister met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad and gave him detailed briefing about economic measures taken which made possible to achieve the target.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister congratulated Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and his team on achieving the success.

As per details, $10 billion are with the State Bank of Pakistan and the rest are with commercial banks.
