Increase in gold prices was recorded in local and international markets today as gold reached highest price of Rs 31,050. Gold prices on Wednesday surged to Rs 31,050 per tola, up by Rs 500 whereas price of 10 grams rose to Rs 26,614, up Rs 429 in the local market, traders said. In the world market, gold price increased by $18.50 per ounce to $1016.50.
