KOTLI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has vowed to form the next government in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), saying his party is determined to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
Addressing a public rally in Kotli, Bilawal said he always felt "at home" whenever he visited the district, describing the relationship between the people of Kotli and the PPP as one that extends beyond politics and resembles a family bond.
He said the party's elected representatives were part of the PPP family and that members had stood by one another through both celebrations and difficult times.
Recalling the period when former prime minister Benazir Bhutto lived in exile, Bilawal said the party endured difficult circumstances, with its leadership spending time in London and other locations.
Despite those challenges, he said, PPP workers remained loyal to the party.

Bilawal also praised senior PPP leader Chaudhry Yasin for his loyalty, saying he had consistently stood by both the party and the Bhutto family during difficult times.
Expressing confidence in the party's prospects, Bilawal said the PPP would, "God willing," form the next government in Azad Kashmir and that he wanted the party to win all seats in Kotli.
He urged party workers to ensure victory in the elections and said he expected even better results than those achieved in the previous polls.
Bilawal also claimed that the PPP had been part of the Azad Kashmir government for the past six months and had performed successfully in the previous elections.
Reaffirming the party's commitment to the Kashmir cause, Bilawal said the PPP's relationship with the people of Kashmir spanned three generations.
He added that the party had consistently advocated for the Kashmir issue on international forums and would continue to raise the voice of the Kashmiri people.
