LAHORE (Dunya News) –  Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has urged people to never lose hope despite difficulties, saying optimism and determination provide the strength to overcome challenges and build a better future.

In her message on the International Day of Hope, the chief minister said that when people show courage and resilience, the light of hope transforms into unwavering confidence. She added that hope is a powerful force that inspires people to move forward.

Maryam Nawaz said the day serves as a reminder that hope should never be abandoned, even in the face of hardships and challenges. She said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has become a source of hope for the public and is working day and night to fulfil the expectations of the Pakistani people.

She expressed confidence that the people of Punjab would continue to receive improved healthcare facilities, while every homeless family would be able to realise the dream of owning a home. She also said she hopes every farmer in Punjab will witness flourishing crops and greater prosperity.

The Punjab chief minister further said hope enables people to find a ray of light even in times of despair. She added that the public believed the return of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz would bring initiatives such as laptops, scholarships and free medicines.
