(Web Desk)- The high-profile real estate project named after Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has created a significant buzz in Dubai, as the tower sold out completely on its very first day of launch.
The project, known as the ‘Shah Rukh Tower’, is being constructed on Dubai’s busiest and most iconic highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, a location famous for its premium commercial and residential developments.
According to initial estimates, the total value of the tower is 2.1 billion dirhams, which roughly translates to 159.6 billion Pakistani rupees, a figure that reflects the scale and luxury associated with the development. The launch ceremony took place at Dubai Expo City, where more than 6,000 guests, including Shah Rukh Khan himself, were in attendance. The grand event featured detailed presentations, architectural previews, and interactions with investors and dignitaries.
Speaking at the ceremony, Shah Rukh Khan expressed pride in being associated with the project. He stated that the Shah Rukh Tower would offer world-class amenities, an innovative design, and a level of sophistication that would set new benchmarks in Dubai’s real estate market.
He further added that, once completed, the tower would serve as a prominent commercial hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, attracting global businesses and investors.
According to the developers, construction work is progressing as planned, and the project is expected to be completed by 2029, adding another landmark to Dubai’s ever-growing skyline.
