LAHORE (Dunya News) – Babar Azam has credited his mother for his powerful performance in the Pakistan Super League (PSL 9) match against Islamabad United.
The right-hand batsman displayed fireworks with his bat as his made unbeaten 111, helping his side to rack up a tough total 201 runs for the Shadab Khan’s side.
The Islamabad United were defeated by eight runs as they failed to chase the high-scoring target at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore on Monday.
In a post-match talk, Babar said her mother had come for the first time to stadium to watch his match, saying it was a good luck for him as he shows scintillating performance.

Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi has gifted a luxury vehicle to the captain for his splendid ton against united.
In a message on social media platform, Afridi said Babar Azam will be the first one to drive MG Essence, which has been manufactured in Pakistan.
