Customs seizes smuggled goods worth Rs55m
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) seized smuggled goods worth Rs55 million in an operation on Tuesday.
Sources said the recovered items were kept at the Misri Shah railway warehouse after they were brought to Lahore from Karachi by cargo train. The smuggled goods were registered under fictitious names. These included cloth, welding rod and powdered milk.
