In the seventh edition of PSL Lahore Qalandars will take on Peshawar Zalmi today
KARACHI (Dunya News) - In the seventh edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Lahore Qalandars will take on Peshawar Zalmi today (Wednesday) at National Stadium in Karachi.
As per schedule the match will be played at 7:30 pm Pakistan Standard Time.
In their previous match Lahore Qalandars secured a dominating 6-wicket win over Karachi Kings, thanks to a fantabulous century by Fakhar Zaman. The left-hander’s 106 off 60 balls, which were embellished with 12 fours and four sixes, helped Lahore chase down 171 target given by Karachi Kings with four balls spare.
Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi lost their match against Islamabad United due to half-centuries from openers Paul Stirling and Alex Hales
Islamabad overhauled 169-run target on the back of a blazing partnership worth 112 in 9.4 overs between the two. Stirling recorded Islamabad United’s fastest 50, breaching the landmark in just 18 balls. He spanked seven fours and three sixes in his 25-ball 57.
