PML-N leader slams govt for bulldozing bills
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Friday while lashing out at the government said that the government bulldozed the parliament to get the Finance (Supplementary) Bill 2021 passed and this step will prove devastating for the country.
Taking a jibe at the government, PML-N senior leader and former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that if prime minister and ministers start lying then this happens what is happening.
Abbasi said that the SBP (Amendment) Bill-2022 is not in favor of Pakistan’s sovereignty.
He asked why the government didn’t purchase LNG, if the country is facing shortage of gas.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that Pakistan has the cheapest LNG terminal in the world and asked if the government had installed any LNG terminal in the past 3 years.
