7 killed, 40 injured in bus, trailer collision in DG Khan

Rescue sources said death toll is likely to rise as several injured were in critical condition.
DERA GHAZI KHAN (Dunya News) – At least seven people were killed and 40 sustained injuries when a passenger bus collided with a trailer in Dera Ghazi Khan in the wee hours of Monday, Dunya News reported.
The accident occurred near Taunsa By-Pass where a passenger bus, going to Rajanpur from Sialkot, collided with a trailer, killing seven persons on the spot and injuring 40 other.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. According to rescue sources, death toll in the accident is likely to increase as several injured persons were in critical condition.
