Federal Minister Hammad Azhar tests positive for coronavirus
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Industries and Production Hammad Azhar has contracted the coronavirus. He has quarantined himself at home after testing positive for the virus.
The Minister confirmed the news on his own Twitter account. He tweeted that he has contracted the coronavirus and as a precaution, he will be isolating himself at home. He appealed to the public to pray for his health.
Before the Industries Minister, several other political figures have been infected with the coronavirus as well. These include Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar, Opposition Leader Mian Shehbaz Sharif and others.
