Details of coronavirus-affected sectors of KP released

The report states that 2.767 million people have become unemployed
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Planning & Development Department has released the details of the sectors hit by coronavirus, according to which 2.767 million people have become unemployed.
According to the report, wholesalers and retailers faced the most unemployment with 839,568 people losing their job. 8695 people are unemployed in mining, 555,000 in manufacturing, 6581 in energy, 812,766 in construction, 423,000 in transport and 42,458 people unemployed in the finance sector.
The report further states that it has not taken those unemployed citizens into account who recently returned to Pakistan, their details will be collected and processed later.
