High flood warning issued for River Chenab, River Jehlum

High flood is also expected in River Kabul and River Sindh.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Flood Warning Division on Monday issued high flood warning in the rivers especially in Punjab including River Chenab and River Jehlum.
According to a warning issued by the Flood Forecasting Division, heavy rains are expected in River Chenab and River Jehlum’s catchment areas due to which flood like situation can arise between July 25 to July 27.
Moreover, high flood is also expected in River Kabul and River Sindh.
The flood warning division informed that a strong weather system can cause heavy to very heavy rainfall in the catchment areas of River Ravi.
