Shehbaz Gill rejects rumors of taxes on graves
Such news are regrettable as they will only add disrepute to the tax culture.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Spokes person to Chief Minister Punjab Dr Shehbaz Gill said there is no truth in the news that government is imposing taxes on graveyards.
Dr Gill in a tweet rejected such rumors and said no such suggestion is under consideration by Punjab government.
It is worth mentioning that government was given suggestion to impose tax on new graves. However, Punjab spokes said such news are regrettable as they will only add disrepute to the tax culture being promoted by the incumbent government.
