PML-Q leader Mehar Kashif killed in targeted attack in Gujranwala

Mehar Kashif was shot at five times from which one bullet pierced his head.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Mehar Kashif Siddique and his security guard were killed in a targeted attack in Gujranwala on Wednesday.
According to family sources, Mehar Amir barged into the house of PML-Q leader and opened indiscriminate firing, resultantly, Mehar Kashif received critical injuries while his security guard was killed on the post.
The PML-Q leader was rushed to local hospital for medical assistance from where he was being shifted to Lahore General Hospital but he succumbed to his wounds.
Mehar Kashif was shot at five times from which one bullet pierced his head.
He had recently left the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and joined the PML-Q.
Chief Police Office (CPO) while taking notice of the incident ordered to arrest the culprits as soon as possible.
