Lodhran police have registered an FIR under police encounter and theft against a 5-year-old girl and a mad person. Police baton charged the innocent girl for confession. Muhammad Rafique, father of 5-year-old Saima of Gailey Wal, told that police have also registered 3 more baseless cases against them including FIR. Muhammad Rafique further told that police tortured his wife, daughter Saima and his mentally-ill relative and also baton charged Saima. He told that Saima could not bear the torture and turned unconscious.
