Judges resume work in Faisalabad

The lower courts judges in Faisalabad have called off their strike against lawyers misbehave.

The judges in Faisalabad have restarted hearing of the cases after ending their strike against the lawyers.According to the sources, the judges took the stance that a case should be registered against Advocate Mohsin Nabeel who manhandled Civil Judge Azhar Ali during the court proceedings.On the other hand, the lawyers took the stance that the issue should be resolved through organizational action.Meanwhile, a three-member delegation appointed by Lahore High Court Registrar visited and recorded the statement of Civil Judge Azhar Ali and collected evidences from eyewitnesses. Later the delegation also held meeting with representatives of the lawyers.The sources further said that the judges were advised to hand over the issue to the Punjab Bar Council instead of registering a case in police station.Later, the judges announced to end their strike and started hearing of the cases.
