LAHORE: (Web Desk) - Death toll in Paris has on Saturday reached 160 according to Dunya News. Frnech President François Hollande has announced 3-day mourning in the country whereas Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has claimed the responsibility of the attacks that rocked the French capital last night.

On Friday night, three places in Paris were bombed while firing incidents rocked the city at 6 different places. Immediately after the attacks, the world leaders condemned the horrific attack in strongest of words and announced support for the French people.

One of the places bombed was Stade de France where an international football match between Germany and France was going on.

Police, security forces and rescue services were out to provide support to the citizens immediately after the attacks.

However, the world rose in support for France as the news of widespread carnage broke across the globe.

White House was lit in French flag colors, Bule, White and Red.

Toronto followed the suit. Everyone, throughout the world, showed displayed solidarity with France and the people of France with the French flag colors on all the major buildings.

Many of the major world symbols were lit in French colors. It was a spectacular show of solidarity with the nation under attack.

Candle vigils were arranged throughout the world.

On social media, people posted images and graphics to show solidarity with the French.

France and USA stand together. French President Jacques Chirac had stated on September 11, 2001, "Today we are all Americans". This is how the Americans responded when Paris was under attack.

People put flowers outside the theater where 60 people were killed according to some media reports.

Activists in India stood outside the India Gate in New Delhi in solidarity with the French people.

"Palestine stands with France #Pray4Paris", a Palestinian organization named Palestine Social Global posted on web.

Painters displayed the spirit of French people to rise again, together.
