LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has summoned important session of provincial parliamentary party on Monday.

According to sources, the session has been called to devise strategy for the protest against suspension of three Punjab Assembly members.

The announcement regarding boycotting assembly’s proceedings will also likely to be made.

Earlier, Punjab Assembly‘s deputy speaker had suspended membership of three PML-N leaders as ruckus intensified during the session.

These leaders included Pir Ashraf Rasool, Uzma Bukhari and Rana Rauf.

The decision came when discussion on the bill regarding local body system turned into a rumpus after government and opposition exchanged harsh words.

The PML-N raised objections over various points in the bill which were defended by law minister.
