Power breakdown hits parts of Karachi
Residents are facing severe distress due to this breakdown in electricity supply.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A sudden electricity breakdown in Karachi on Wednesday night plunged various areas of the city into darkness, Dunya News reported. The loss of electricity has been pointed to faults in transmission line.
The faults in transmission line terminated electricity supply to areas including Korangi, Liaquatabad, Gulshan-e-Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Malir.
Residents are facing severe distress due to this breakdown in electricity supply. A spokesman of K-Electric stated that the technical problems will be resolved quickly after which the electricity supply will be restored.
