EidulAzha: Children upset over the sacrifice of their pals
They miss how they along with their newly arrived buddy used to roam in the streets.
(WebDesk/DunyaNews) - Children love their sacrificial animal. Generally Parents buy them the animal week ahead of Eid-ul-Adha. This strengthens the bond between the animal and child.
Unaware of the value of the sacrifice of a precious thing for the loved of Allah, children cry and resist the slaughtering of their animal. Many of the heartbroken even boycotts the food made of the meat of the freshly sacrificed animal. Poor Babies!

This is the only dismayed element among the merriment and festivity of Eid-ul-Adha. Somber Children cannot help to forgo their just newly fangled relationship with a dear pal in the commemoration of the great sacrifice of the prophet of God.

Though this left them heartbroken but they know that they sacrificed their dearest animal to commemorate the memory of Hazrat Ibraham (A.S) who has stand up to sacrifice his son for the willingness of ALMIGHTY. But Allah is very merciful who sent a sheep for Prophet Ibraham (A.S) to sacrifice instead of his son.
Muslims sacrifice different animals like goat, cow, camels, sheep etc to refresh the memory of the Prophet’s sacrifice.
Despite sometimes children unaware of the significance and reverence of the ritual, do not often express fear immediately, sometimes it comes later as panic attacks, aggression, violence or even urinary incontinence.

The consequences can be avoided if parents realize that just because kids are fine during the sacrifice; it doesn’t mean it has not harmed them subconsciously one way or the other. Parents should teach their children and mentally prepare them so this does not upset them much.
