Twitter abrupts following Avenfield Reference verdict
People took to social media to bid farewell to Maryam Nawaz and her father.
(WebDesk) - Judge Muhammad Bashir finally announced the Avenfield Refence Case verdict according to which Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s former president Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz was handed 10 and 7 years jail time respectively.
After having delayed the verdict about four times, the judge finally announced the decision around 4:20 Pm on Friday evening. The announcement sent the entire country into a frenzy. #AvenfieldReference becomes Top Twitter Trend worldwide.
