Rain turns weather pleasant in parts of country during Eid

The rain has created difficulties for the locals due to poor sewerage system.

DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Dunya News) – Rain in parts of the country including Dera Ismail Khan, Murree, Bhakkar and Islamabad has turned weather pleasant.

The downpour has not only broken the prolonged spell of heatwave but also created difficulties for the locals due to poor sewerage system.

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), rain/dust-thundershowers (with isolated heavy falls) with strong gusty winds are expected at scattered places in upper Punjab, KP, Islamabad, FATA and Kashmir; while at isolated places in south Punjab, Zhob, Kalat, Lower Sindh, and GB. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
