Power outages intensify water dearth in Karachi
The locals have urged the authorities to take action into the matter.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Locals in Karachi are badly irked as scarcity of water intensified in the metropolis.
Sources told that electricity load shedding at Dhabeji station has defected one pump due to which dearth of 35 million gallon water has emerged.
The residents of Shah Faisal Colony, Azeempura, Punjab Town, Green Town and other adjoining areas have arrived at water pumping station and started filling water.
The locals have urged the authorities to take action into the matter so that they can get access to clean water.
