Soldier martyred in avalanche on Siachen laid to rest
A large number of people attended the funeral of the martyred soldier Zahid Aslam near Faisalabad.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Army soldier Zahid Aslam, who was martyred in the avalanche on Siachen, was laid to rest in his native village Lathiyanwal near Faisalabad on Friday, Dunya News reported.
Hundreds of people from nearby areas reached Zahid Aslam’s house to pay homage to the martyr when his body arrived in his native village.
A large number of people from all walks of life attended the funeral of the martyred soldier after which he was laid to rest in his native graveyard with complete military honours.
