JIT shall present report of the incident within 30 days after recording witnesses' statements

QUETTA (Dunya News) – Balochistan government on Wednesday formed a six-member Joint Investigation Tribunal (JIT) to investigate the Quetta blast. The report regarding the incident shall be presented within 30 days after taking statements from the witnesses of the incident, reported Dunya News.

JIT was formed under the leadership of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Zahoor Afridi. According to the notification issued by the provincial government, the JIT shall have six members.

The report regarding the incident shall be presented within 30 days after statements of the witnesses get recorded and investigation of the incident gets carried out from various perspectives.
